Description

- Focus on the profitable development of all product lines manufactured in house and represented by the company.

- Provide in house training for client and company personnel including syllabus development and product feature/benefit profiles.

- Interface with and support client representatives/engineers, pre-sales, sales/service personnel regarding product and service applications.

- Provide Research & Development interface between the company's resources and the client's need perception and drive new product launches.

- Use knowledge of the market and competitors, to identify and develop unique selling propositions.

Requirements

- Have a proven track record of success in this field & the local market.

- Leading and unifying broad teams toward collaborative customer efforts. Creating innovative negotiation outcomes to enhance contract.

- Skilled in consultative and value selling methodology, with a deep understanding of the client's needs, challenges and goals.

- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire account managers.
