A leading HRMS/HCM software provider company is looking for KAM for Delhi &amp; Mumbai location Job Description - Key Account Manager (KAM) To build on the traction gained by Company and to drive it further, we are looking to add high-quality Sales professionals across all the major Indian metro regions. With more than 400+ customers, the Key Account Manager is critical to driving incremental revenue from our existing customers. The role entails working with Regional Sales Directors and Customer Success Teams to deliver success and realize the expansion potential of our existing customers through upsell of new offerings launched by Company HCM. Responsibilities: - Work with Regional Sales Heads in developing and implementing sales plans &amp; strategies to mine incremental revenue from existing customers. - Position Company effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through upsell of new modules and offerings launched by Company - Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver committed results for our customers and in turn, make them Company evangelists - Build strong relationships with customers so that they can propagate their Company success with other prospects - Stay abreast of latest HR Tech trends, engage in solutioning client's HR technology needs through new modules and deepen client relationships - Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the Company value proposition - Be a trusted advisor to customer CXOs and define Human Capital roadmap for the organisation Requirements: - MBA from a tier-1 or tier-2 business school. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus - Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives - Preference for people having worked in People Advisory practices at Big 4 or other global HR consulting firms or HR Shared Services firms, other HCM Tech products etc - Track record of driving results under minimal supervision - must have driven sales deals individually across multiple clients. Ideally should have revenue targets as part of the current KPIs - Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
