We are looking for a Key Account Manager in HR for TMI Network to work closely with the client which is a growing bank . The KAM who will be responsible for heading a team of recruiters and will be also responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and closing positions within TAT
Process compliance and MIS Reports.
Suggest process improvements in the project
Account development through deepening the customers - relations and generate new business.
Ensure the team adherence to ATS system for Recruitment and measures to improve the ATS
Dashboards and Reporting, MIS, Key Stakeholders management.
Desired candidate profile: Require candidate with 6+ years of hardcore and proven recruitment experience preferably from a consultancy background having worked with Banking clients. Should have had experience in bulk recruitment. Should have handled a team. Need hands on experience on any ATS in usage and/or implementation. Should be a Post graduate in HR with good excel skills.
Salary range - 8-12 LPA
