Responsibilities:

- Prospect and identify potential B2B customers within the target market segment for consumer appliances.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and expand distribution network.

- Lead the onboarding process for new distributors ,providing training, support, and necessary resources to enable their success.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and customer satisfaction.

- Provide ongoing support to distributors, including regular communication, sales coaching, and resolving any issues or concerns.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors 'activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- 7 to 15 years of experience required in sales.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the consumer appliance industry.

- Strong knowledge of consumer appliances, their features, and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, distributors, and effectively present product information.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals.

- Experience in distributor management and on boarding is highly desirable.
