As a KAM you will have the exciting opportunity to take RGF ahead in its journey, towards becoming a market leader in the contingency recruiting space. Roles and Responsibilities: The roles & responsibilities can be divided into three major parts: Client acquisition and onboarding: 1. The incumbent shall be responsible for new client acquisition. 2. The person shall be solely responsible for lead generation and client research and analysis. 3. The member shall be making daily BD Calls, after careful client assessment. 4. Shall also be responsible for making IPD- s, organizing preparatory calls for the meetings, collation of data for the client meeting. 5. We expect the incumbent to maintain the data on our ATS on a real-time basis. 6. Must possess strong presentation skills, in order to position RGF rightfully in front of the client. 7. The individual must also foster a strong relationship with the existing clients and their various SPOCS. 8. The individual must, at all times, strive for better client penetration. Connecting with different SPOCS/ line of business and entities shall be an important parameter for this person. 9. The person must focus on increasing the market share of RGF with the managed and acquired clients. 10. Ensure that all the legalities, such as Contract signing, negotiations, terms, and conditions are adhered to and are in the best interest of the organization. 11. Must be a quick solution provider to the client. 12. Shall also be responsible for collections form the managed clients. 13. We expect this person to also frontend roles and ensure the delivery of the same within the expected TAT and with the expected quality. Client nurturing: 1. Ensure that RGF is connected to the client at various levels, such as MD, Centre Head, and Manager, etc. 2. Devise a feedback mechanism from the client and update the organization from time to time about the same. 3. We expect this individual to have an overview of the overall hiring plans of their clients for the year. 4. Maintain and sustain a strong client recall value, so as to secure critical roles as a preferred vendor 5. Have an overview of the Organisation structure, the latest movements in the organization, and any related news. 6. Ensure that senior stakeholders from the client-side and RGF side are in touch. 7. Ensure a clear escalation matrix is in place and the client is informed thereof. Internal stakeholder management: 1. Distribute Job orders received from the client to the right teams and ensure delivery. 2. Ensure that the delivery and feedback SLA's are agreed and fulfilled for each mandate. 3. Maintain client trackers with regards to the submittals and CCM's Personal Attributes: - Good written and oral communication skills. - Highly organized, disciplined, and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver deadlines with attention to detail. - Should have strong interpersonal skills. - Adaptability / Willingness to Learn: Should have general knowledge and desire to learn. - Should have good presentation skills, excellent excel skills. - Perseverance: Go-getter attitude, with a proven ability to work hard with full integrity. - Must be high on IQ as well as EQ - Must have the capability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Acquisition of knowledge of their sector shall play an important role if the incumbent is willing to grow in
