Key Account Manager- QSR [Quick service restaurants]
Key Skills
1. Collect data from the filed team and analysis of current business vs. total business potential of the Key Account.
2. Identify the growth potential and possible opportunities along with anticipated road blocks.
3. Develop proactive programs and systems to address customer needs and problems.
4. Develop and rollout SOPs for state of art performance standards for the Key Account.
5. Train and guide team across the region to implement and deliver consistent standard of service.
6. Assist the field team across the region to optimize the business in key accounts and newly acquired accounts.
7. Identify the good practices from each territory and carry to the rest of the area in the region.
8. Plan and ensure proper indent for the supply of material to the accounts.
9. Track and ensure timely collection of payments from the accounts handled.
10. Monitor customer satisfaction level through periodic management reviews at regional level.
11. Product and price approval from the Key accounts central office as and when new products are introduced.
