Key Account Manager -
- Assist in handling end to end E-commerce for multiple brands.
- On-boarding on e-com marketplaces
- Create, manage and optimize product listing on marketplaces.
- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.
- Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.
- Research and identify new marketplaces.
- P&L responsibility for growing business on all marketplaces.
- Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly
- Responsible for developing relationships with national and international clients for a company or business, with the goal of reaching global sales revenue goals by targeting specific accounts.
Required skills: -
- 5+ years of successful sales and/or business development
- Experience - preferably in the Personal Care and skin care Category.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding overall targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Manage a group of key accounts to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for these key accounts.
