Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients in the MSME market.
- Develop a deep understanding of potential clients' business needs and challenges.
- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to attract new clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and close deals with new clients.
- Ensure all legal and financial aspects of the deal are addressed efficiently.
Account Growth:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key MSME clients in Bangalore.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Market Research and Analysis:-
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct research to identify potential MSME clients and assess their suitability for partnership.
Customer Support:
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their engagement.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and revenue projections.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client success.
- Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Recognize opportunities to introduce additional products or services to key clients to increase revenue and add value.
Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or conflicts that arise, finding practical solutions that maintain client satisfaction.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of key account relationships and performance against goals.
