Key Accounts Manager (ASM - Modern Trade) for Karnataka. Position will be based out of Bangalore HQ.
- Candidate will handle Modern Trade Sales operations and Key Accounts Management for Bangalore based Key Accounts (Spar, Big Basket, Amazon, Metro).
- Candidate must have extensive experience in Modern Trade and .
- Kannada speaking local candidate is desired.
- Candidate should be around 28-35 yrs old with 8+ yrs of Field Sales experience. Should be an out and out high performer in FMCG Modern Trade sales who has grown through the ranks in the organizations he has worked.
- Candidate should be an ASM/KAM currently in his organization (FMCG Only) with good people management experience and handling large sales volumes.
- Develop and execute annual plans, budgets and KPIs for Area Sales and Modern Retail accounts in respect of volume, value, product/SKU market mix.
- Develop month wise sales forecasts.
- Develop channel and market strategies for area distribution encompassing outlet coverage, availability and visibility.
- Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections.
