Organization context of role :
- Ensures Proper & Timely Execution of All BTL priorities for the Brands
- Co-ordinates the planning & Outstanding Execution Of all new product and major initiatives
- Managing Distribution Network: Implementing a coverage system that maximizes reach of company products. Ensure adequate distribution infrastructure, manpower planning (direct and extended Field Force).
- Sales Plan and Execution: Making area sales plan product wise, territory wise and execution of plan through weekly/monthly review with ISR/SR. Taking corrective action where necessary
- Team Management: Guiding, training, supporting and motivating field force to build a competent sales team that delivers sales and distribution deliverables, tracking performance.
- Employee will be responsible for delivering business objectives of the given portfolio.
- Building ratings & reviews of products & collaborating with customer care to manage response to customer queries/negative reviews on the portal is also part of the job.
Key responsibilities:
Account Planning :
- Trade Spend in-line with Budgets Trade Terms in accordance with Policy.
- Shopper Activation & Category Management along with Category Marketing Manager - Promotion and Shopper Activation planning, Category Development & Advisory with Key Strategic Accounts
- Service Efficiency - Ensure fill rates of 95%+ for key SKUs, Upkeep of Product masters, On-shelf availability of Must stock SKUs
- Assortment & Distribution - NPI listing & distribution, Joint Ownership of Category Planograms
- Commercial - Account reconciliation, Manage Receivables
- Sales Planning - Ownership of Account's POS and purchase plans and input the same into BUP
