1. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the sales performance of MT Chains at all Kerala levels.
2. Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with the business strategy.
3. Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channels.
4. Develop and manage a long-term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts.
5. Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms.
6. Lead and develop the Key Accounts Team.
7. Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving the company's objective and vision.
8. Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends).
9. The incumbent would be responsible for scaling and building the business
10. Strategy formation and Growth planning
11. Right utilization of the budgets for key accounts.
12. Develop and implement a Modern Trade Strategy
