Reporting to - Vice President
Job Profile:
- Deliver Volume, Value Business against targets for the Key Accounts like Walmart, Metro Cash & Carry etc. All India
- Joint Business Planning with Customer HQ team Develop, Negotiate, Sell and Execute optimal TOT and ensure compliance.
- Manage Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility at the stores for the designated customers
- Develop appropriate Calendars with the Customer factoring cost effective Promotions, New Product Introductions, etc. Conduct Promotional Analysis with the Customer.
- Build relationships external and internal with customers
- Support Channel Leader in anchoring Top-To-Top Meets, Innovation & Insight Summits
- Conduct periodic Business Reviews with the Customer HQ Team
- Support company insights team to implement Category & Shopper Research / Projects in sync with Channel leader & Cat Mgr.
- Drive forecast accuracy leading to improved fill rates.
- Provide data support to the BU Sales team for the designated Customers
