Key Account Manager for Mobilox
Mobilox is looking for dynamic Account Managers with prior experience in handeling key accounts and maximizing revenues from these accounts
Position is for Mumbai office.
Min 3 yrs of experience required, for Account Manager
Min 1-2 yrs experience for Associate Account Manager
Responsibilities :
The suitable candidate will have the following responsibility:
- Responsible for Account Expansion
- Revenue Maximization within the account
- Maximize Realization
- Account Retention
- Revenue collection
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction.
- Service penetration in Key Accounts assigned
- Updating Key Account Head (or COO) on Competitor moves and Strategies in Key Accounts
- Working with Pre-Sales to develop Customized Solutions for Key Accounts
- Working with Project Management/Delivery Management Team in Service Delivery, Service Assurance
Skillset Required :
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate with the clients and set realistic expectations
- Good understanding of Mobile App, WAPs, Games, SMS/IVR ,iOS/Android/BlackBerry/Symbian/Windows,HTML5
- Attitude to grow fast in life
- The incumbent should be BE / B.Tech or MBA with experience in handling the Corporate Clients / key accounts
- Experience ranges from 1 to 5 years from industries like Software, Media, Retail, IT
