Job Description : Senior Manager - Key Account Management.
Responsibilities :
- Become an expert in company's solutions for businesses and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
- Provide dedicated account management to strategic accounts and build on account growth
- Responsible to do research on strategic accounts and build long term relationships
- Develop and implement programs to improve the customer experience
- Consult and coach clients as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve products and the customer experience
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills - written + oral
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to handle and set client expectations
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
- Basic Understanding of Technology i.e. IT services & solutions
- Sound working knowledge of MS Excel
- 5+ years of account management experience
- High energy, passion and innovative thinker
