Job Title:
Key Accounts Manager
Achieve financial Growth through Key/Enterprise Accounts by Approaching new potential customers, regaining inactive and stopped customers, and maintaining and developing low revenue customers. Lead the business development for cross border trade through e-commerce channels
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify Key/Enterprise sales and business opportunities to acquire new accounts and grow existing relationships building a sustainable client portfolio in the market
- Chart out the strategic vision and execution path for enterprise business development
- Manage and grow existing businesses within the market to constantly generate revenue
- Constantly arrange face-to-face meetings with customers to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions
- Work closely with the center of excellence to deliver the best solutions based on the customer's portfolio and their needs
- Execute on previously signed contracts to introduce new products and services to customers and expand business within customer accounts
- Coordinate with the pricing desks to generate new or revised price quotes
Job Requirements (Experience and education)
- Master's degree in business or any other field
- 4 - 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in a similar role
- Professional selling skills, consultative selling techniques expert.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
