Position - Key Account Manager
Job Location : Chennai/Mumbai
- Managing key customers and building long-term relationships leading to increased business.
- Managing difficult customers competently while ensuring no customer for Company.
- Handling each customer transaction from end-to-end and ensuring churns customer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transactions
1. New Exposure/ Information/ Comfort on
Technical Domain Knowledge: Practical / user technologies, vendors, competitors operating in the vertical IT/ Telecom technology - networking level understanding / knowledge of concepts and LAN/WAN/Desktop/NMS/telecom infrastructure, voice & data In-depth understanding /technologies, e.g.MPLS, IPLCs, FR, ATM, IP VPN, VoIP, etc
Company’ business and function Knowledge of & product/ service offerings Cutting edge sales and customer relationship across domains for the vertical Customer business processes, deliverables, management concepts across segments competitors, expansion plans for the vertical
2. Professional skills - Customer Focus Account Mapping Customer needs understanding. (Functional) Persuasion & Negotiation skills Relationship Management Customer Retention Operational Effectiveness Initiative Service focus & Passion Resource Management Attention to Detail Interpersonal Skills Achievement orientation Strategic Focus Decision Making Sensing Opportunities Business Problem solving Cognizance.
