Our client is a large IT Infrastructure management org Head Quartered in US with its delivery centers in Hyderabad For its growth and expansion plan the org is looking for Key Account Managers - Ensuring we are delivering the business outcomes for customers - Business focused - Identifying the opportunities for growth - Ensuring customers leveraging the solution - Regular face time with customer - Regular business reviews - Managing the NPS / CSAT and retention of customer - Technical depth so the he / she can add value - Experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Transformation - Coordinates the activities of Global delivery teams and technical solution team members to meet contract obligations, proactively meet the needs of our customers, and resolve customer technical challenges - Establish clear and open lines of communication with our customers and implement an appropriate account governance model. - Responsible for the delivery of service commitments to customers. - Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders - Proactively identifies potential issues, drives resolution to avoid customer impact, and facilitates continuous improvement - Identify the growth opportunities in the accounts - Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions. - Leads teams to solve abstract problems without precedent. Diagnoses and resolves ambiguous problems Experience : 10 to 15 years - Good communication skills Ideal candidates are : - Account managers - who handle accounts, travel frequently to meet the customers - Pre sales worked in solutioning &amp; transformation initiatives - Solution architects who are business savvy - Customer success managers
