- We are scouting for Key Account Managers (KAM) for one of our clients based out of Mumbai, India. This is a pureplay Enterprise Account Management/farming/mining role within the CRM / Software selling space.
- The position seeks professional Key Account Manager who can build a significant loyal customer base and manage relationship to exceed customer expectations. Someone who can drive the development of regional or national sales strategies and account farming/mining. Good understanding of CRM tools and customer expectations is required along with deep knowledge of buying cycles and competition in BFSI vertical.
- You would be responsible for defining and owning the deal closure strategy, complete track of activities pertaining to the solution agreed by the customer and its delivery effectively to meet commitments and schedules.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with MBA and 5 to 7 year experience in Account Management - software solution sales.
- First division (60%) in all the academic years.
Desired technical and other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and corporate presentations
- Understanding of CRM tools and customer expectations
- Deep knowledge of verticals, buying cycles and competition
Good to have:
- CRM selling experience
- Through understanding of Microsoft, Seibel, Sales force CRM system
