1. Manage the onsite visibility for products which includes desktop and app across various channels.
2. Design and implement systems and processes for a seamless implementation of digital visibility elements both for onsite and offsite including social media.
3. Define and track metrics to measure efficacy of visibility elements WRT brand or product portfolio.
4. Interact with various stakeholders both internal and external for getting the digital visibility elements as per the scheduled calendar or timelines.
5. Generate new ideas and implement the same to create awareness around the brand or portfolio, thereby acquiring new customers.
6. Track customer feedback for products, plan a corrective action, and also, implement communication strategy in a Language Understood by Customer.
7. Work closely with content marketing team in creating industry first content around brands or product portfolio.
8. Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
10. Identify and attract prospective strategic customers

12. Negotiate contracts
13. Collect and analyse sales data and trends
14. Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
