Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Away From Home /Institution /HORECA /Corporate sales to create partnerships in respective markets and build strong long-term strategic commercial relationships
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients & Promote by identifying new business opportunities with existing Away From Home /Institution /HORECA / Corporate client base
- Work with sales, portfolio manager to coordinate approach to drive new business and improve relationships
- Handling key customer accounts and handle market expansion as per footprint
- Create and Implement business plan and strategy for own branded products
- Ensure to achieve and improve EBDITA target through business development
Key Requirements:
- Masters in Business Management / Bachelor degree
- Commercial acumen, excellent negotiation ability and a good existing network. This position will be responsible for increasing our sales with institutional clients by establishing new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
- Strong oral, written, verbal communication & presentation skills required
- Fluent in English and local language
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Integrity, proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
