Position Purpose :
Primary purpose of the position :
- To manage and develop institutional key accounts in HORECA for bakery, biscuits, snack foods and convenience foods range of MBFSL on a continuous basis and mine them to get more business and expand sales.
Principle Accountabilities :
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty :
- To understand customer business and requirements and create offerings to service them and create valuable partnerships.
- Identifying target players in the industry/market.
- Build understanding of customers business such that you provide a bundled solution with your products and services according to their business need.
- Create a brand image for Cremica/MBFSL expertise so customers reach out to you for their requirements of products, as well as knowledge.
- Provide key account customer focus, building genuine partnerships and sharing multi-disciplinary connect that jointly generates unique solutions.
- Innovate offerings and build new products to sell to more customers.
- Apply focused approach to maximize business from existing customers and gain new customers.
- Create and maintain customer insights, build project pipeline to ensure service to all existing customers and new customers.
- Preparing annual plans for sales volumes, margins and pricing.
- Planning and coordination with SCM and operations to carry out transactions.

Skill Requirements/ Behavioral Traits :
- Understanding of food manufacturing and ingredients specially in the bakery and biscuits space.
- Knowledge of market dynamics.
- Information and connect in the market about competitors and customers and their offerings.
- Patience to mine key accounts and partner with them to create more value
Education / Equivalent Experience :
- 5 years + of HORECA account management experience
- MBA from a decent college or equivalent
Specialized Knowledge And / Or Skills :
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Hospitality (F&B) Preferred
- Great communication and networking skills
- Connect with buyers and decision makers in the HORECA space
- Proven ability to build high performaing business and teams
