Graduate preferably with a postgraduate degree or diploma in Business Management.
- FMCG experience as Key Account Manager/ ASM Modern Trade
- Should have at least 5-6 years of experience n an FMCG company. Young, energetic and a team player with the ability to build a strong team while delivering on sales targets.
Job Accountability :
1. Work jointly with key accounts and lead a regional team to win in the modern trade channel in our categories.
2. Business results: Managing accounts for sales & market share results,
3. Customer Management: Engaging Key Account customers in the Region & managing the P&L for Key Account customer
4.Category development: Developing Shopper / Category initiatives to grow the category business in collaboration with Key Accounts,
5. Service levels: Working along with Supply Chain / Field Sales team to ensure the best service levels to accounts
6. In store excellence: Using all of the above for the best In store presence for company,
7. People Management: Developing a High performance Field Sales Team & Coaching and guiding Team lMernbers
8. Recruiting, Training and Development of new Promoters
9.Implementation of company's systems & processes
10. Ensuring/ follow-up payments from various chains
