- Experience with a top-tier d2c/retail companies.

- Strong strategic mindset with sound business judgement and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and simultaneously leading several programs.

- Leadership ability, high emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management.
