Responsibility of Overall Account Management
- Sell in at Parent O/L & Overall Sell Out
- Joint business Planning - Monthly / Quarterly with RSM & Account & TOT
- Enabler Alignment with Partner for all stores - SEC/SEZ/GSB/Demo/Affordability
- Forward planning of stores and prominent visibility tie-up in advance to ensure timely deployment
- Overall Forecasting for the Chain & Outlet level target setting for the Chain
- Stock availability at all outlets as per norms
- Retail Audit Management
- Claim Management & Responsibility for all payouts & scheme discussions - Quarterly NDC
