Job Overview:
You would be responsible for building network in given industry, nurture relationship with leadership team in our esteemed clients as well as execution of mandates within the industry vertical in the India market through strong research and assessments.
Key Result Areas:
- Nurture relationship with leadership teams in Retail/ Real Estate industry and position organisation as a trusted Talent partner.
- Identify clients' Talent needs and ensure delivery of solution through a structured approach.
- Directly contribute towards increasing the sales pipeline and prioritize delivery to ensure long term relationship with the clients.
- Ascertain new streams of business in client organizations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and exceed client expectation.
- Network and engage with CxO and Industry experts on Talent trends in the industry.
- Develop and present reports on account performance, growth, and opportunities.
Looking for :
- 7+ years of experience into Consulting, Corporate Sales or Business Development role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of providing high value Solutions to Senior stakeholders.
- Ability to make a positive difference in a Consultative environment.

Location : Chennai. Would be working in hybrid model with 2 days working from office currently.
