A FinTech company in Gurgaon is looking for an experienced sales manager to help expand its platform services division. The FinTech Platform Services provides technical infrastructure via APIs to help enterprises conduct numerous financial business functions. Some of the APIs include money transfer, account verification, PAN verification, Bill payments and more. The candidate is expected to have complete ownership of key account management and ability to meet/exceed sales goals. Roles and responsibilities: 1. Hunt actively for new accounts and generate new business revenue, build a strong portfolio of Enterprise segment prospects, drive revenue growth and new sales 2. Generate new sales leads through various marketing campaigns around the year 3. Own sales strategy and targets for the segment, make continuous improvements based on performance 4. Ability to grasp the business nuances and articulate value proposition and engage with customers by selling them the solution to their business problems 5. Create or customize tailored proposals, presentations, and other materials 6. Build a pipeline of opportunities across products/services and regions 7. Establish feedback with the Product and Technology teams on client feedback and market insights, and ensure product improvements to enhance customer experience 8. Own commercial negotiations to close new contracts, including the creation of sales proposals and management of RFP bidding processes 9. Manage lead follow-up and lifecycle, ensure maximization of lead tracking and conversion. 10. Maintaining and publishing trackers on a regular basis and ensuring timely deliveries. Requirement : - A competent marketing professional, who can work beyond hierarchies and drive the sales process from plan to close - Understanding of various communication channels - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products &amp; services and put forward their value proposition against competitors - Demonstrable experience as a sales manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions - Fair understanding of system and matrix for Payment Business &nbsp; Qualification and experience : - Engineering background, MBA is preferred from a premier institute IIT / IIM / ISB preferred - Proven experience in meeting or exceeding targets - preferably in API sales - 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/ Enterprise Sales from Payments/Fintech Background Skills : - Adaptable and open to changes in the business environment - Relationship Building - Trustworthy, Listener, Initiator, Influencer, Communicator - Program Management - Analytical, Team Player, Prioritization, Go-getter - Total Solution Provider - Strategic, Ability to Lead along with ability to drive independently, Ability to look beyond the obvious - Strategic - Analytical, Visionary, Challenging the status quo - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Social networking skills - Negotiation skills
