Selling - billing & payment solution software to telecom industry
- Create and execute AOP along with key parameters like New Account Penetration, Farming, Competition Churn & RMS
- Focus on penetrating the identified top M&D Accounts with Jio Digital & Wireline propositions
- Drive CXO level engagements through workshops & business reviews
- Driving business case approval & closure with TOP Management for high value customized revenue opportunities
- Ensure premium SLA & Service Assurance in collaboration with Internal Stakeholders like IT, Customer Service Delivery, Finance & Network teams
- Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment within the team for high performance amongst the team members
- Formulating targets and solutions in new growth areas for customer delight and preferred partner status
- Responsible for 99% + collection achievement on quarterly basis with proper CN/DN reconciliation
- Steering efforts in conducting market research, customer surveys & data analysis for creation of opportunity sizing, annual targets & revenue planning for Strategic & Large segment
- Monitoring churn and designing retention plans basis data analysis & customer feedback
- Confirm on delivery cadence for timely and correct solutioning as well as customer acceptance
