Key account manager- Electronics components Job roles and responsibilities : - OEM Business Development & New Product Introduction - Support as a 'Single Point of Contact' for customers. - New Product Development/NPD with New Clients & all relevant pre sales activities. - Understanding Customer requirement & aligning with product portfolio. - Coordinating technical support to determine client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems. - Project Management & completion within the specified budget ad timeline. - Techno-commercial proposal & responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP - Manage Key Accounts PAN India - Monitor competitors offering, prices and sales. - Regular meeting with existing & new customers regarding future demand forecasting and new product introductions. - Scheduling/modification of production plan depending on monthly/quarterly sales plan. - Sound technical knowledge of electronics products.
