- Strategy - Define the strategic direction for horizontals and vertical marketplaces, along with the customer metrics, detailed action plan and performance metrics
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance with key accounts
- Overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, lead the ads strategy
- Ensure strong relationships across marketplaces to drive event participation, organic business growth, customer promotions and analytics
- Expansion into new marketplaces & new geographies
- Responsible for bottomline & ROAS delivery for marketplace business
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external third parties in the marketplace world
- Manage all the ops, inventory and fill rate metrics for all marketplaces
- Overseeing the development of customer relationships through marketplace
- Build a strong team that fast tracks growth on marketplace
