- Implementing TOT at account/ store level in terms of share of shelf, visibility, claims, payments.

- Relationship management with Category, Operations, Commercial, Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Instore execution & Category management to increase penetration and transaction size

- Monitoring promos and visibility in the stores.

- Distributor management - Market credit - Inventory - Claims
