We have an urgent opening with a leading brand into FMCG, Looking for exp into Ecommerce platforms
KRA:
- Business operations: Planning and executing e-commerce operations at all levels, including front-end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution, CRM, and brand
- Sales: Driving sales for specific e-commerce accounts
- Customer relationships: Retaining top customers and nurturing key relationships
- Communication: Ensuring that all communication material for promotions is developed and designed within the specified time frame
- Events: Recommending events specific to brand, product category, and season
- Forecasting: Forecasting traffic increases during promotions with vendors and the e-commerce portal
Other responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for PnL for the e-commerce business
- Launching and scaling up the e-commerce business for the client
- Developing selling strategies based on the company's competitive and success elements
- Heading all aspects of the business, including promotions, visibility, and customer experience
- Negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and commercial conditions with clients annually and throughout the year.
