Key Account Manager - E-commerce - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role
At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.
Our client, a global consulting firm, is working on an e-commerce acceleration project for a leading consumer durables client in India. They are looking to onboard a consultant with prior experience of working on both strategic and operational projects in the e-commerce domain to support them on this project.
Below summarizes the responsibilities of the consultant -
- Support the team in handling end-to-end e-commerce operations and in scaling business across major e-commerce partners ensuring visibility, assortment and increase in market share
- Accurate demand planning and coordination with cross-functional teams for streamlined supply and new product developments
- Continuous collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, marketing and finance
- Ownership of all allocated tasks by applying a project management framework for their effective delivery
- Present findings and recommendations to the clients
- Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance
- Manage overall module while working with the rest of the team
- Effective communication and senior stakeholder management
An ideal candidate would have :
- 4 to 10 years of experience in the e-commerce domain
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 1-month contract with a high possibility of extension. The selected consultant would be required to be based out of Gurgaon.
