Deliver sales objectives and ensure effective management of all nominated E-Commerce accounts. Key Focus: JBP, Account Management, category development, TOT, Promotions & Activations, Account P&L. Building strong relationship with the E-Commerce accounts to deliver plans utilizing the agreed operating resources in a highly matrixed environment in the region. Contribute to firm up E-Commerce strategic business planning and quarterly plans to achieve superior results. Account Management: - Facilities achievement of sales targets - Ensure proper account relationship & planning between the company & the account - Facilitates performance reviews with all major accounts on a quarterly basic - Continuously monitors, report and takes appropriates action on variance between actual & plans Account Planning: - Implements account level business growth program - Prepares monthly account level rolling sales forecast - Keeps abreast on information relating to factors impacting E-Commerce in order to en-cash on opportunities & to take adequate precaution where required
