Key Account Manager - eCommerce

This role is a critical P&L role in the E-Commerce team, responsible for managing one of the biggest shopping accounts with highly aspirational growth plans and a strategic role in developing emerging brands and NPDs.

The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of account management and digital commerce in order to drive the overall top line and bottom line for the account. This will be a mix of strategic and operational roles with responsibility for building innovative new capabilities for us in addition to driving strong in-year financial results.

Role specifications :

Planning :

- Input into brand strategy development Jointly create detailed AOP by brand & retailer

- Develop CBE as needed in-year

- Translate brand strategy into JBP / quarterly plans with the retailer

- Plan detailed monthly promos using key principles of spend conditionality and trade promo evaluation

Activation :

- Ensure retailer adherence to JBP, quarterly plans, ToT

- Manage approvals & provisioning

- Make in-month corrections to plans as needed

Assortment Management :

- Identify gaps in assortment, secure listings at the retailer

- Ensure timeliness & accuracy of new listings process

Sales Operations :

- Take overall responsibility for fill rate and availability (OSA)

- Directly own monthly forecast and S&OP process

- Oversee billing, invoicing, delivery & returns processes

Financial Hygiene :

- Work with the retailer to ensure timely payment to us

- Ensure claims are validated and paid in a timely manner

- Drive quarterly claim process with retailer

Process Improvement :

- Project manage cross-functional projects

- Liaise with retailers to execute process improvements
