Role - Key Account Manager
Location - Bangalore, Richmond road
Working Days - Alternate Saturdays working
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brands online presence
- Key Account Manager is responsible for the maximization of account penetration and profitable growth of the defined account
- Lead and negotiate JBPs with Ecommerce partners.
- Follow both input and output metrics to achieve goals for the defined account.
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
- Handle small- and large-scale sale events with the defined account as per company's and the account's marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings (Including: Product images, descriptions, features, shipping details and item specifications).
- Manage digital product catalogue to ensure accuracy and consistency of all brand and product content.
- Ensuring maximum participation in every customer campaign
- Analyse performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating weekly reports.
- Track weekly performance metrics and implement strategy to prove sales from both channel and SKU level.
- Ensures complete and on-time order fulfilment and operations metrics compliance.
- Demonstrate strong strategic sales and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with Warehouse for Product Allocation needs.
Requirements:
- 3-6 Years of E-Commerce experience
- P&L management / Account Management
- Strong hands-on experience in daily E-Commerce execution and process optimization
- Self-Starter and Problem Solver
- Proficient in excel
- Passion for people management, e-commerce and data driven decision making
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and within a team
- MBA Marketing or Business
