Roles & Responsibility :

- Manages a group of account managers; acts as the primary point of contact for any issues pertaining to corporate employees mapped.

- Builds trust with a portfolio of important corporate clients assigned to him to prevent them from turning to competitors.

- Acquires new corporate relationships and opens employee salary accounts; aims to deepen relationships with current clients through engagement initiatives and cross-selling solutions; and ensures salary credits in all sourced salary accounts.

- Achieving monthly and daily sales goals for salary accounts and cross-selling goods

- Respect the KYC criteria and Bank procedures as they are periodically established.

- Strictly adhere to the service and quality standards that the Bank specifies.
