Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers
- Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
- Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
- Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
- Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
- Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
- Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process' as laid down from time to time
- Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
Key highlights on selection Criteria's:
- Stability - Min 1.5 - 2 years in the current org/ role
- Good Communication skills
- Well-groomed & Formally dressed
- Corporate Salary experience in Banks
- Corporate Sales experience from ecommerce/ hospitality / telecom sector or any other industry
