They are looking to hire a key account manager (e-commerce) where the job would revolve around building strong relationships with key accounts, driving business growth for the business across marketplaces, and ensuring customer success.
The key responsibilities for this job would be centered around :
- The incumbent would be responsible for business development, handling the P&L for their category, and expanding its presence across marketplaces
- The incumbent would be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate should have :
- 1-2 years of experience in a key account management profile, having handled key marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
