Job Responsibilities:
New Markets Development:
- Responsible to generate leads for products, cultivate and establish large scale relationships and drive new business revenue within budget in the focus region.
- Inform prospective and existing customers frequently of product features, schemes, benefits and quality ensuring brand recall that is enough to prioritize our products.
- Responsible for competitive market assessment and trends, customer research, customer/consumer segmentation.
Client Accounts management:
- Understand customer requirement and technical conditions in detail and appraise & educate on giving the right solution customized for the need and condition.
- Influence decision makers within and outside Pidilite and drive actions accordingly
- Develop and maintain long term business relationship with the account thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the delivery teams
- Take accountability for pricing execution by applying value pricing aspects and thus manage financial s of the account.
Efficient Forecasting :
- Support efficient planing of product and services
- Serve as a liaison between account and internal departments.
Tracking of Receivables and resolving of exceptions by working directly with customers in collections process as collect payments, forms and enhance relationships.
Performance Management:
- Develop complete domain knowledge of construction chemicals & implement customer service solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- Constantly upgrades skills to be able to handle the changing needs of the market place and the customers
