KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - CLIENT SERVICING FIRM: Healthcare start up LOCATION: Bangalore Job Description - Client Servicing in Hospitals, Clinics & corporate, for implementation, adoption of proprietary software product (i.e. Online Continuous Medical Education Platform) post sales through training and support - hand-holding for doubt resolution on- off the job to the Doctors. - Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Hospitals and individual Doctors) so as to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects - Continuous follow up with the clients and building & retaining client relationships through follow up for their requirements. - Revenue generation using references of existing and also in conversion of prospective customers who are planning to use the product. - Building client rapport to get continuous business.
