Key Account Manager - Cash & Carry
- Drive business through listing of correct assortment, promotion planning and activations
- Relationship management with key decision makers in the account
- Joint Business Planning with the accounts
- Timely roll-out of New Launches
- POS & Primary data analysis
- Co-ordination with support functional heads to ensure smooth functioning of the account
- Driving the strategic motto of the company in the assigned geography
- Designing suitable Merchandizing Strategy to ensure loud Visibility
- Develop, Negotiate, Sell and Execute optimal TOT aligning with National Channel Manager
- To develop profitable business and grow existing base by coaching and driving the team
- Objective setting for the team keeping the growth opportunity, market realities and caliber of the Team
- Analyze POS Data
- Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate/alter our direction strategy
- Any other additional duties as required by immediate superior
- Planning and coordinating Targets along with the team
- Coordination with Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
- To review regularly and monitor daily weekly and monthly activity reports and suggest appropriate improvements
