Bank Key Account Manager
One of the startup which deals in Transaction behaviour Intelligence Company is looking for the Bank Key Account Manager
Role & Responsibilities :
- Working with the users in the Bank to ensure the Alpha Platform is being used, post deployment Creating customer delight by sharing KPI performance metrics on a regular basis Conducting frequent training's and workshops
- Engaging the Product Manager to highlight additional features requested by the Bank
- Responsible for renewal of the annual License fees from the Banking customers

- Our flagship product, the Alpha Platform, delivers data-driven insights that are combined with intelligent automation workflows and new-age client engagement formats to ensure that all customer communication is personalized, relevant, real-time and delightful.
- The first proven use case, Alpha for Brands, radically accelerates customer spends (leading to enhanced Bank & Merchant Revenues) by creating API connectors between Merchants and Bank Customers. We currently work with 11 Partner Banks, across 6 countries handling 25mn customer profiles. We will be expanding to 90 countries over the next 18 months.
Skills & Experience :
- MBA from a premier institute
- 5-7 years of experience in the credit/Debit card portfolio team of a Bank
- Ability to operate Independently
- Collaborate with various teams to drive success
