Key Account Manager - Bank

Role: Manager/Senior Manager - Farming/Key Account Management (Banking Clients)

Location: Chennai, Guindy

Experience: 4-10 years in farming/key account management

Responsibilities:

- Devise and implement innovative marketing initiatives for client loyalty programs.

- Maintain and grow revenue from assigned clients through upselling/cross-selling, ensuring clients understand the full potential of our services.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver services within SLA norms.

- Explore potential leads, converting them into new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the technical team to support program developments.

- Identify growth opportunities to expand the existing and new client portfolio.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.

- 3-8 years of experience in similar industries, preferably banking.

- Ability to work independently and achieve stretch targets.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and oral).

- Strong relationship management and building abilities.

- Planning, execution, client servicing, and operational skills.

- Perseverance, good presentation skills, methodical, and organized.

-Proficiency in MS Office.
