Key Account Manager - BFSI - Identify the right financial institutions to establish relationships - Building active relationships with banks and other financial institutions to take initiatives and interests to the right people at these institutions - Prepare and present proposals for working with these FIs basis the strategic projects being pursued at Tally - Keep track of newer initiatives at banks for existing capabilities and newer capabilities being built for the future - Position as the preferred partner for initiatives aimed at businesses, among key stakeholders at these institutions - Stay abreast of projects through active internal interactions with the product team, relevant to banking which are being worked upon. - Have a clear view the organization structure at each institution being engaged and changes that might be taking place in personnel and structure - Has a BD background in technology companies especially in the finance domain - Overall, 5-10 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management/Sales in B2B space especially among financial institutions - Connect with leadership at key banks and financial institutions (preferred) - Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to build rapport across various levels in an organization - Strong communication skills - Has the capability to contribute to solutions for the MSMEs by working with the product and business teams - Has a strong understanding of accounting and finance as a domain - Must be an MBA from tier-1/2 B-schools (Preferred).
