Key Account Manager - Bancassurance & Alliances - Life Insurance Firm

We have a very urgent position in one of BEST LIFE INSURANCE organizations across the following location

BASE LOCATION - MUMBAI { Corporate position ] - MAHALAXMI

OFFERED CTC - 8lac to 10 lac approx ; ( depending upon current CTC.) + Variable pay

POSITION - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ( Bancassurance & Alliances )

ROLE / Span of control : Individual contributor- Associate will there on field to fetch him data. Will be handling 1 / 2 channel partner .

Responsibilities:

Business Delivery

- Achieve assigned revenue target for the assigned partners

- Drive all sales initiatives so as to meet the objective

Business Development

- Implementation of overall business strategies, across the assigned geography, to suit the local channel dynamics.

- Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams and channel partner for continuous business delivery.

Channel Partner Management

- Interact with the channels partner hierarchy on a regular basis to have a committed and a partnership based relationship.

- Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner.

- Maintain continuous engagement across channel partner hierarchy in the assigned geography

Candidate requirement :

1. The incumbent should be from Insurance background with work ex in Bancassurance / Corporate agency / Strategic alliances / alternate channel ( NON AGENCY ).

( Could be Life, General or Health insurance)

2. Should have exposure to channel partner management/ third party distribution

3. Experience : 5yrs+

4. MBA passout with good communication
