As a KAM, you will be leading BharatPe's penetration into organized offline retailers within your category and geography.
The key account manager will develop new relationships with potential clients along with handling important existing accounts. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters & work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met.
Major responsibilities:
1. Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to onboard multiple accounts from different categories: Retail, pharma, healthcare, fashion and jewellery, automobile, hotels, food and beverages (regional chains, standalone, corporate cafeterias, college canteens, QSR chains), spas and salons.
2. Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially, account management, merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth
3. Revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
4. Meet monthly onboarding & transaction targets
