About the Role :
- Lead the account management practice for Mid Sized businesses for the client.
- The individual will be heading a team of Account Managers and act as the face of client with key SMB clients.
1. Responsible for partner growth and success.
2. Deliver positive growth on Partner NPS with tangible output in loyalty, topline and & revenue -
3. Drive end to end initiatives & performance output across growth & operations lever for the client.
Ideal candidate :
1. Post graduate with 4-5 years of experience in B2B relationship role
2. Team handling experience.
3. Preferably worked closely with the SMB in the past.
4. Exhibits a strong bias for growth & action with high levels of ownership.
5. Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with strong growth traction.
