We have an urgent opening with one of the biggest Food Tech Group at Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad.

MBA with B2B Experience

CTC : 12-16 Lacs (All Fixed)

Job Purpose :


- Builds strong business relationship by developing, defining, negotiating, and sustaining long term business contracts with Big Corp-orates Likes Accenture, Gen-pact.

Responsibilities :

- Relationship management - Coordinating with Internal Team and being a single point of connect for Corp-orates

- Anticipating customer expectations and problems and preparing internal stakeholders with the best possible solution

- Active reference lead and business generation from the existing customer

- Devising Success Strategies for each customer and Caterer by analyzing behavior patterns

- Tracking the performance metrics of each customer and the strategy

- Meeting retention targets

- Cross selling business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Required Skills :


- Vast exposure to the corporate sector.

- Experience in B2B Relationship Management in companies like STAPLES, NAUKRI etc

- Customer support and account management experience, especially in high-growth, hospitality environments

- Experience in key account management

- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software would be helpful

- Exposure handling Senior Professionals in Facility Management and Human Resource Professionals

- Catering and Event Management Market Knowledge & Intelligence

- Proven retention ability & negotiation skills

- Proven multi tasking abilities

- Strong relationship management skills

- Positive and determined approach to analyzing new business opportunities.

- Solid communication, presentation, reporting and time management skills

- Strong business account management and sales approach

- Capable of playing a leading role in a team-work environment

- Be familiar with MIS for Customer Retention
