Role: Key Account Manager-Working Days: 6 Days working (in 4 Saturday of a month, 1 Saturday will be off)
Location: Pune (kasarwadi)
We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to lead a team of 5-6 Operations/account mgmt. personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management and ensuring end-to-end order fulfillment for customers
- Plan, execute and monitor the operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Monitoring & standardization of all processes
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders.
- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables
Desired candidate traits:
- 3+ years of experience in Account management, Operations & Supply-chain in B2B / Manufacturing space
- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Startup experience would be an added advantage
- B.Tech & MBA from a Tier 1 institute
