Summary of Job Profile/ Purpose of the position:
To develop, establish and maintain Marketing & Sales Strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, and promotional activities of the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Pre-RFQ alignment with the Customers.
2. RFQ Handling:
a. Check feasibility of the project and present business case to Management.
b. Participation in Technical & Commercial discussions - Internal and with Customer.
3. Negotiation with Customer.
4. Track Competitor activities and their SWOT analysis.
5. Sales Plan preparation
6. Monitor adherence of Customer schedules.
7. Timely Amendments - RM, FE, others.
8. Maintain and Increase Profitability in existing business
9. Review Statement of accounts periodically for assigned customers and ensure any discrepancy is addressed immediately
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's) required to successfully perform the job:
- Knowledge: Basic Technical Knowledge of Automotive Electronic Products, Awareness of New upcoming Technologies and Trends in Automotive Electronics.
- Skills: Excellent Communication skills, Confident with positive attitude, Communicative with conviction, an active listener to be able to understand customer needs.
- Abilities: Should be able to understand customer queries and to handle them in an effective manner.
